Q1 Who are Dowlis? Are they an approved supplier?
Dowlis are a dedicated and creative promotional merchandise supplier, with over 40 years of experience in supplying swag on brand and on budget. We are also a contracted Microsoft approved supplier for UK and Europe, and on your purchase order system we are set up under vendor number 0002295715.

 

Q2 Is this all the swag you offer?
Definitely not, we have a wide range to suit any requirements. Please just get in touch and your dedicated team will be able to advise the best options to suit your needs. We can also post out a hard copy of the catalogue if you prefer, or you can have a browse on www.dowlis.com for more product options.

Q3 I have seen an item elsewhere that it is not available on the website. How do I order that?
We have suggested a small selection of items for the initial launch of the website. However the variety of swag that Dowlis can provide is extensive, so please let us know if there is a promotional product you would like or have seen elsewhere and we will be able to provide it. If you are looking for other creative product suggestions or would like to receive a hard copy catalogue, please contact Silvia Campling at Dowlis (Link to email).

Q4 I like a product on the website but not in the pictured colour / design, can I change this?
The items suggested on this site are not held in stock with the Skype logo already on, so we can suggest an alternative to suit your needs as long as it is still following the Skype brand guidelines. Please see the Get in contact area of the website for details on how to get in touch.

 

 

Q5 I am interested in an item but I want less than the minimum order quantity mentioned in the product description. Is this possible?
The items on this site are not pre-stocked with the Skype brand so minimum order quantities do apply to produce these. However, there are often alternative items available to suit most quantities and budgets so please get in touch regarding your needs.

 

 

Q6 I am not 100% sure if I will like one of the products, can I see it before I buy?
We can offer free of charge samples to check the quality of the item. The sample will not be Skype branded but the combination of a plain sample and the branded visual mock up should hopefully be enough to visualize the final delivered item.

 

 

Q7 There are prices on the website, why do I still need a quote?
The pricing on this website is a guide only based on the first few price breaks for the pictured design. Once you have submitted your enquiry we will come back to you within 24 hours with a quote for your specific product/s, quantities, branding requirements and delivery location.

 

 

Q8 Once I have my quote through, how do I place an order with Dowlis?
We are an approved merchandise supplier for Microsoft UK and Europe, set up as vendor number 0002295715 on your PO system. All we require is a PO number in order to proceed, however we can also accept other methods of payment if the swag is for personal use, such as card payment. You will be able to liaise directly with the dedicated contact that sends over your quote if you have any other questions regarding payment methods.

 

 

Q9 How do I get more information on the products listed, such as clothing size charts?
Please find our details in the Get in contact section, and we will respond to your enquiry within 24 hours. 

 

 

Q10 How long will it take from order to delivery of my swag, and what is the process?
Once you have submitted your enquiry we will send over a quote detailing all costs within 24 hours. Then once we have received your PO number / card details we will proceed with the order. We will send a visual proof for approval prior to production to ensure you are happy with the final design, and then production will commence on approval. The lead time for production is stated in the description for each item, please bear this in mind if you have an upcoming event to ensure we have enough time to produce the items you like best. Please allow an additional 24 hours for UK delivery, 2-3 days for European delivery, and up to 1 week for delivery internationally.

 

 

Q11 I only have a few days before my event, can I still get swag in time?
If you have a last minute requirement, please get in contact for advice on fast turnaround options. The standard lead time for each suggested product on this site is detailed in the item description.

 

 

Q12 How much are the delivery charges, and are there any other additional charges?
This is dependent on the quantity and weight of your total delivery, and where it is going. When you have submitted your enquiry, we will be in touch within 24 hours with a quote detailing all costs including delivery charges to your specific location. For all oversea shipments, you may need to pay duty and taxes locally and not via Dowlis. Q13 I am not based in the UK, can you still deliver to me?
We can deliver internationally, although carriage charges will apply. Please advise us of your address details when you enquire and we will quote based on delivery directly to you for the items you need.
